Snoworca(이하 "개발자")는 이 방침에서 Wear OS 워치 페이스 앱 SEG-90의 폰 앱, 워치 앱, 워치 페이스가 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 안내합니다.

앱이 기기에서 다루는 정보

폰에 저장되는 정보. 테마, 날짜 형식 같은 미리보기 선택값과 사용자가 저장한 레이아웃 템플릿입니다. 템플릿은 폰에만 저장되며 워치로 보내지 않습니다.

폰에서 워치로 전달되는 정보. '워치에 적용'을 누르면 색상, 표시 항목, 배치, 표시 형식으로 이루어진 디자인이 폰에서 워치로 전달됩니다. 두 앱은 연결 상태, 앱과 워치 OS 버전, 적용 진행 상태도 서로 주고받습니다. 이 정보는 Google Play 서비스의 기기 간 연결 기능으로 사용자의 폰과 워치 사이에서만 오가며, 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.

워치에 저장되는 정보. 적용한 디자인과 첫 설정 완료 여부입니다.

워치 페이스에 표시되는 정보. 시간, 날짜, 배터리, 날씨, 걸음 수는 워치 시스템이 제공하는 값을 화면에 표시하는 것입니다. 앱은 이 값을 따로 저장하거나 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.

설치된 앱 확인. 워치 페이스의 항목을 누르면 워치 앱이 정해진 캘린더, 건강, 날씨 앱과 배터리 화면이 있는지 워치 안에서 확인해 해당 화면을 엽니다. 확인 결과는 저장하거나 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.

진단 정보. 폰 앱의 문제 해결 화면은 앱 버전, 워치 모델, 워치 OS, 연결 상태를 보여 줍니다. '진단 정보 복사'를 누르면 이 내용이 폰의 클립보드에 복사됩니다. 사용자가 직접 보내지 않는 한 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.

개발자가 받을 수 있는 정보

문의. 이메일로 문의하면 개발자는 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받습니다. 이 정보는 답변에만 사용하고, 문의 처리에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다.

구매. 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다. Google Play는 판매 내역과 설치, 오류 통계를 개발자에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

Google Play와 Google Play 서비스에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

제3자 제공

개발자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 법령에서 요구하는 경우를 빼고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

보관과 삭제

앱이 저장한 정보는 기기의 앱 전용 저장공간에 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 앱 데이터는 클라우드 백업 대상이 아닙니다. 문의 메일은 삭제를 요청하면 법령상 보관 의무가 없는 한 삭제합니다.

정보 보호

앱이 저장한 정보는 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없는 앱 전용 저장공간에 보관합니다. 앱에는 인터넷 권한이 없어 앱이 직접 인터넷으로 정보를 보낼 수 없습니다.

사용자의 권리

기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제해 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 개발자에게 보낸 문의 정보는 아래 연락처로 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 내용을 올리고 시행일을 고칩니다.

SEG-90 Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Snoworca (the "developer") handles information in SEG-90, a Wear OS watch face made up of a phone app, a watch app and a watch face.

Summary

Information the app handles on your devices

Stored on your phone. Your preview choices, such as the theme and date format, and any layout templates you save. Templates stay on the phone and are not sent to the watch.

Sent from your phone to your watch. When you tap "Apply to watch", the design (colours, shown items, layout and display formats) goes from the phone to the watch. The two apps also exchange the connection status, the app and watch OS versions, and the progress of the apply. This information travels only between your phone and your watch, through the device connection in Google Play services, and is not sent to the developer.

Stored on your watch. The design you applied and whether first-time setup is finished.

Shown on the watch face. The time, date, battery, weather and step count are values provided by the watch system and shown on screen. The app does not keep its own copy of them or send them off the device.

Checking for installed apps. When you tap an item on the watch face, the watch app checks on the watch for a set list of calendar, health and weather apps and battery screens, then opens the matching one. The result is not stored or sent off the device.

Diagnostics. The phone app's troubleshooting screen shows the app version, watch model, watch OS and connection status. Tapping "Copy diagnostics" places this text on your phone's clipboard. It reaches the developer only if you send it yourself.

Information the developer may receive

Support requests. If you email the developer, the developer receives your email address and your message. They are used only to reply, and are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Purchases. Google Play processes payment, and the developer does not receive your payment details. Google Play may give the developer sales records and install and error statistics.

The Google Privacy Policy applies to Google Play and Google Play services.

Sharing

The developer does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Information the app stores sits in app-private storage on your devices and is removed when you uninstall the app. App data is not included in cloud backup. Support emails are deleted on request unless the law requires them to be kept.

Security

Information the app stores is kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read. Because the app has no internet permission, it cannot send information over the internet itself.

Your rights

You can remove information stored on your devices by uninstalling the app. You can ask to see, correct or delete support information you sent to the developer by using the contact below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
